Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1โ€“2 business days for order processing. Youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information included.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is available within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax) within the continental U.S.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your order status any time using the link provided or by logging into your OxiTab account.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OxiTab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as โ€œdeliveredโ€ by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or get in touch with us here and weโ€™ll do our best to assist you.
